HOW TO GET A LIBRARY CARD:

You can apply in person or electronically submit your information via this form,
or print an application to fill in and return or mail to a branch.
The fastest way to get your card is to print the application form and bring it into a branch with personal identification indicating your current mailing address. The Electronic form takes longer to process as the card & application is mailed to you, but aren't activated until you can visit a branch with identification.

If you are 12 years old or younger, you will need a parent or guardian to sign the
registration form and that adult will have to show identification with current
address on it. You must have your card with you to borrow library materials. If you
lose your library card, we will replace it for a fee of $2.
